Refactor SwipeTabs for smoother touch transitions

- Rewrite SwipeTabs with improved touch handling and animation
- Use translate3d with smoother easing curve (280ms)
- Add coalesced pointer events for high refresh rate displays
- Clean up redundant CSS styles across multiple files
